第一条 仕事は自ら創るべきで、与えられるべきでない。

第二条 仕事とは、先手、先手と働きかけていくことで、受身でやるものでない。

Work is the one you should gain the initiative and promote, and not the one which is passive. |

第三条 大きな仕事に取り組め、小さな仕事は己を小さくする。

Tackle big works. Small work makes you become small. |

第四条 難しい仕事を狙え、そしてそれを成し遂げるところに進歩がある。
Commandment 4: |
Aim difficult works. There is progress if you accomplish them. |

第五条 取り組んだら離すな、殺されても離すな、目的完遂までは。
Commandment 5: |
Never let it go once you tackle a work even if you are killed until you accomplish it. |

第六条 周囲を引きずり廻せ、引きずるのと引きずられるのとでは、永い間に天地の差が出来る。
Commandment 6: |
Lead a dance. Leading a dance differs greatly from being lead a dance in the long run. |

第七条 計画を持て、長期の計画を持っていれば、忍耐と工夫と、そして正しい努力と希望が生れる。

Have a plan. If you have a long-term plan, patience, innovation, proper efforts and hope will see the light. |

第八条 自信を持て、自信がないから君の仕事には迫力も粘りも、そして厚みすらない。
Commandment 8: |
Be confident. There is no punch, persistence and non value adding in your work since you are not confident. |

第九条 頭は常に全回転、八方気を配って、一部の隙もあってはならぬ。仕事とはそのようなものだ。
Commandment 9: |
Give full throttle to your brain all the time, pay attention to everything and be always on the alert. Work should be like that. |

第十条 摩擦を恐れるな、摩擦は進歩の母、積極の肥料だ。でないと君は卑屈未練になる。
Commandment 10: |
Do not be afraid of friction. Friction is the mother of progress and the fertilizer of positive attitude. Otherwise you swallow insults and have regrets. |
